Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (HKSEC)
Since 2007, HKSEC, a social venture startup competition organised by the HKSEC team under CUHK’s Centre for Entrepreneurship (CfE), has been at the frontier in educating students and the general public about social enterprises in Hong Kong. Through a structured model involving education, competition and incubation, HKSEC encourages students to employ a creative entrepreneurial approach to solve real-world social issues.
More than 8200 students from 100 institutions have had the opportunities to showcase their creative ideas and desire for being a change agent in our society by joining this competition. They have generated over 1400 business ideas for a more sustainable and inclusive society.

up to HK$300,000 per team
